I'll start off on intros--get the ball rolling!

I'm Nicole, Chief Creative Officer for a company called Business Transitions (www.Businesstrans.com). Currently we have operations that facilitate transactions in the financial advisory, insurance, and accounting markets. Our operations are primarily focused on the US market, though we are launching a Canadian division within the financial advisory sector in the coming weeks.

We're unique in that we rely on online MLS technology for the majority of our intake. However, we have launched several messaging and notification systems that facilitate user independent communications to reduce overhead. One of my primary functions as CCO is the design, administration, and maintenance of all of our web-sites. We also have a lock on the price point in the industry: we provide everything from start-to-finish (contracts and closing/escrow services) at a low commission of 7% split between buyer and seller. A non-advocacy system with all the tools before you head to your lawyer or accountant for a brief review of the terms of the deal.

My primary focus in networking on Tribe is: A) Referrals (when appropriate) B) Feedback on new systems/processes from you--those who are most interested in this topic, and C) Assistance to those also in the industry. Those are probably not listed in order of importance, they will definitely receive equal weight in terms of time management.
