Everyone's favorite thread: Fundraising.

First - the problem is that it's a bar. Then, let's assume that one does not have the ability to go through the normal channels - banks, etc. for funding. Assume also that there is a fantastic (well-written, well-researched, verifiable and professional) business plan. How then would you look for funding, besides friends and family? I have around half of the money that I need, but I would like to see if anyone has any creative ideas on how I could put this plan in the hands of someone, or a group perhaps, that may be interested in funding this bar.

I have a long and successful history in running businesses, and any diligent research would find that I am easily qualified to accept this investment.

Thank you in advance, and I look forward to any ideas/thoughts that you may have.
